The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational innovation and administrative leadership within a local government in the province of San Ignacio during the 2025 period. This research was developed under the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8, specifically focusing on Target 8.3, which promotes the adoption of development-oriented policies that support productivity and efficiency in public institutions. At the methodological level, the work was classified as basic research with a quantitative approach. The research design was non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional. For the collection of empirical data, a structured and validated questionnaire was administered to a census sample consisting of 105 administrative employees belonging to the municipality of San Ignacio. The results obtained through Spearman's non-parametric statistical correlation analysis revealed a very strong and statistically significant positive relationship between the variables under study, reaching a correlation coefficient of $\rho = 0.872$ with a significance level of $p = 0.003$. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that higher levels of organizational innovation are directly linked to more effective and dynamic administrative leadership. These findings suggest that the systematic implementation of innovative processes in municipal management not only strengthens executive leadership but also optimizes institutional efficiency and fosters sustainable socioeconomic development.
