Teachers must be able to plan, prepare, manage, and implement the learning process effectively. However, in practice, teachers still face difficulties in the learning process, even with the assistance of digital technology. Research is urgently needed to create an effective and efficient learning process that improves learning management and motivates students to achieve digital learning outcomes. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of technology-based learning, digital collaborative learning, and personalized learning within a single learning framework. The research aims to analyze the role of digital technology, the role of teachers, supporting factors for implementation, and evaluate student perceptions. The research approach uses a mixed methods approach. The research sample consisted of 5,000 students and 500 teachers who were surveyed, and 120 students and 30 teachers who were interviewed. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documents. Data analysis techniques used linear regression and thematic analysis. The results showed that the technology-assisted learning process significantly influenced the effectiveness of learning management (β = 0.41; p < 0.001), digital collaborative learning (β = 0.38; p < 0.001), and personalized learning (β = 0.36; p < 0.001), with an average effectiveness score of 3.92. The role of teachers in training students in digital learning is very significant. In conclusion, digital technology improves learning effectiveness but requires continuous training for teachers. Practical implementation encourages policy strengthening, teacher and student training, and additional digital facilities in schools.
